History has it that the Spaniards came to the Philippines and left a lot of memories. One of them is the strong Catholic faith that up until today is still an obvious belief among many Cebuanos. The old Spanish structures seen in churches are noticeably found in almost every town and the Spanish influence is found even in the food we eat, and unknowingly, in the language that we speak.

Located 365 miles South of Metropolitan Manila, Cebu never runs out of activities to do and places to visit as it is characterized by beautiful coastlines and white beaches, rolling hills and rugged mountains.

We have compiled a few of the different activities that you can do in the Queen City of the South with the intention of helping you plan out on your next big adventure.

Visit Historical Churches and Museums

Visit the old house of the first Filipino bishop and get to know the lifestyle of the earlier Cebuanos way back then through the Casa Gorordo Museum. If you would like to visit the different churches built during the Spanish time, Cebu never disappoints.
